That's the thing, it's not entirely self-driven by NPC's. I might as well buy me an aquarium the next time. All it then needs is a mod, which does the quests for you, too, and you've turned Fallout 4 into the most ludicrous screen saver ever. I like building stuff myself, so this mod is the most boring one I could think of - having NPCs doing it for me is ridiculous.
